The supreme management body of "Neftgaztadqiqot" JSC is the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Supervisory Board, elected by the General Meeting, carries out the overall management of the company, determines priority areas of activity, development prospects, and strategy, and develops the immediate goals and tactics for achieving them. The day-to-day management is carried out by the collegial executive body – the Management Board, which organizes and controls the implementation of decisions made by the General Meeting and the Supervisory Board.
