• Develop consumption rates for natural gas for own needs and losses (SNiP); • Develop consumption norms for gas condensate for own needs and losses (SNiP); • Develop consumption norms and the need for material-technical resources (MTR) (chemicals and other materials used in the extraction, preparation, processing, and transportation of oil, natural gas, and gas condensate); • Develop norms for the consumption of fuel-energy resources (FER) per unit of product (fuel, heat, and electrical energy used in the extraction, purification, processing, and transportation of oil, condensate, and gas); • Develop consumption rates for liquefied gas for own needs and losses (SNiP); • Develop the consumption level and needs for ethyl alcohol; • Develop consumption rates and the need for lubricants for the maintenance and repair needs of main equipment; • Develop norms for water consumption and wastewater discharge; • Develop consumption rates and the need for materials, spare parts, and tools for the maintenance needs of pumps and compressor equipment; • Develop technological regulations in the oil and gas industry; • Review technological regulations; • Develop fuel consumption rates for transport vehicles (GSM).
